Users of this website are bound by these Terms and Conditions and should read this document before proceeding. Use of this website and information on this website is subject to the Terms and Conditions set out in this document. By using this website, the Customer is acknowledging their consent to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

They Walk Among Us reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time, without notice. Any changes will be posted within this document. Whenever you use this site you will be bound by these Terms and Conditions, so you should check this document regularly.

 

Whenever you make a purchase from this website, you are agreeing to buy the items you have selected. When we receive your order we will send you an e-mail confirming your purchase. This confirmation of your order is not a guarantee or an invoice. We will send you your invoice with the product.

 

All the prices on this website are in £ sterling and include V.A.T where appropriate. This website operates independently of the shop and purchases made through the website must be sent out and can not be picked up at the shop. Prices may also differ between the website and the shop. We make a very big effort to make sure that our prices on the website are correct, however we are only human and mistakes happen, so should this occur we reserve the right to alter the product prices on this website without notice. If we do have to change the price of an item due to an error we will inform you as soon as possible of the amendment and of the correct price, and give you the option to cancel your order should you wish to. If you have already paid for your goods They Walk Among Us will refund you your money. They Walk Among Us are under no obligation to fulfill an order for a product that has been incorrectly priced.
 
Ownership of goods does not pass into the hands of the Customer until They Walk Among Us has received full payment. We will only take the money for the goods just before we send them out to you.

 

Product prices are exclusive of delivery charges these will be added to the total when you reach the shopping cart section. We will endeavor to deliver your product to you as soon as possible, though we cannot be held responsible for any failings in the postal service. All deliveries will be sent out to the address given to us through the website, We reserve the right to refuse delivery to any address that may not be secure, though in this event we will inform you as soon as possible.

The Customer should be aware that when goods are shipped internationally, they are liable to opening and inspection by Customs authorities, and may also be liable to additional customs charges.

 

Should you wish to cancel an order you have placed with us you may do so up to seven working days. This does not include weekends and bank holidays. If you wish to cancel an order you must do so in writing. If you have already received your goods and you wish to cancel your order, you must return the product to They Walk Among Us, in it’s original packaging and in resalable condition with all it’s seals and wrappings in tact. The product must be returned within 28 days and the money will only be refunded once the product has been received in perfect condition. Postal charges will not be refunded.

 

If a product is faulty or sent in error by They Walk Among Us Ltd, then we will refund the cost of the item plus the cost of any postal charges paid by you. If you require a replacement we will send that to you free of charge. The item must be returned to us within 28 days of receipt to qualify for a refund.

Personal details provided by you will only be used by They Walk Among Us to deliver your product to you, we will not sell on any details. They Walk Among Us will only use your personal information in accordance with the Data Protection Acts of 1984 and 1988. We will not distribute your personal information to any third party with exception of law enforcement agencies.

 

To order any product from this website you must be over 18 years of age and by placing an order you are confirming that you are over 18 years of age.

We also reserve the right to cancel any order placed based on an incorrect description or image. These corrections may be made even after an order has been acknowledged.

They Walk Among Us reserves the right to decline to supply any individual or company without explanation.

They Walk Among Us reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Customer's use of this website at any time without explanation.

It is a crime to try and use an invalid or false credit card and or details and They Walk Among Us will prosecute any person attempting to gain goods from us through deception.
